Feeling fishy yet?

Might be flattery for said fishy gal, Celia. This would be one of my own takes on a deep water mer. Right now this is just a rough, eventually I'll see about smoothing this out. if she looks familiar, there's good reason for it. Lets have you lot take a guess.

As for the gal herself for those few interested, she's a treasure hunting mer. she travels between the shores and deep ocean scavenging shipwrecks. She's something of a siren as well, and her songs have different effects. (that I haven't totally worked out...) As a person though, she's a bit lonely, since not many people period can reach where her home is to pay her a visit.

As side notes though, little details like those points you see on her tail are actually small legs like a crabs to let her move on shore. and you may want to be warned when she smiles, you'll definitely remember she's a deep water creature... those Teeth leave an impression when you see them.
You'd think this girl could be bad news too, though she's not. She's not really sweet, but most would probably like her if they like aquatic beings.
